Our first category – Cultural Events at Jacobs – is pretty self-explanatory. In it you can find all the amazing and breath-taking presentations of the diversity on campus, i.e. here you get to meet with different cultures and viewpoints 
We have already uploaded some videos from different CIDs, which stands for Country Information Day. You can see that all the countries try to be really innovative which makes the CIDs really capturing fro the audience.
In our second category – My Personal Jacobs – we will try to escape as much as possible from the formalities and boring but essential details abut Jacobs and we will dive into some more personal insights and contemplations. Yet, we will try to keep the connection to the university so that we can make this category also as personal as possible. We are well aware of the fact that exactly these personal details very often speak most about the university and how people feel about it. Hope you will enjoy it!!!
Then comes the Orientation category. You might find this one not as important as some other categories BUT you will be more than wrong. Trust us! Upon coming here many students experience enormous difficulties in making their way both on and off campus, so we would advise you to take this category into serious consideration Here you will find useful information about the two most important buses with which you can travel around the neighbourhood – 74 and 75 – as well as schedule of the trams for downtown and broader orientation.
Our home countries category gives you a look at some of the native lands from which studnts come. Glimpses of culture, lifestyle and landscape are given in several videos and slideshows in the hope that you will not be completely clueless when you start meeting people.
The Forums page provides a space for you to find out more and share your views, ideas or concerns. Discussions on Germany, Jacobs, culture, politics, global issues and miscellaneous topics are waiting for your input.
