As students here, you will definitely have to get used to the infamous ’spam wars’ that take place over the students’ mailing list. But there is no need to worry about the tension created, for what happens on the spam list, stays on the spam list!

Maybe your main attraction to Jacobs University is the cultural diversity, but what can you really expect? The Culture Shock forum gives personal accounts of incidents and experiences and answers your questions in this area.
Germany may be an overwhelming change for some of you. In the Deutschland forum we can chat all about Germany. Find out what you can expect and what may be expected of you. Any topic concerning Germany (history, culture, politics, climate) is welcome for discussion.
